BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES
General Information Birthday parties are offered at various times on Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day at both locations. To reserve a time slot for a party, call San Bruno gym at (650) 589-3733 or Moss Beach gym at (650) 563-9426. You will be asked to leave a $100.00 non-refundable deposit (cash, check, VISA, M/C, AMEX, or DISCOVER). We will hold your spot for 5 days so you can mail your deposit as long as the party is at least two weeks away. The balance is due in full by Monday before your party. We recommend booking your party six weeks in advance to insure your choice of times. A Regular Party is allowed to have up to 20 children. A Large Party may have up to 30 children. We maintain a 10:1 maximum ratio for parties in an effort to provide a safe, quality environment. We recommend an 8:1 ratio for the best parties. Time Slots
For safety and scheduling reasons, parties are limited to the time schedule above. Over the past 14 years, 95% of parties use 45 minutes for food, singing, and the opening of presents (party time). When more time is allocated, the party time still typically finishes in 45 minutes, then the children become restless for the remaining time until their parents come to pick them up. This creates a safety issue when the children start running back onto the main floor. This also causes scheduling problems for subsequent parties. The Basic Package ' Regular $215.00, Large $285.00 This party will include invitations and helium balloons. Two instructors (three instructors for the Large parties) will lead your group in one hour of unbelievably fun physical activity in our gym! Specific activities vary with age but trampoline is available to all parties (plus the foam pit in the San Bruno Gym and the AirTrak Mountain at the Moss Beach Gym)! Following the activity, you will have 45 minutes of party time to open presents and serve food. The Theme Package ' Regular $245.00, Large $325.00 The "Theme Package" also includes invitations and helium balloons. The activity with your instructors will be identical to the basic package! For your 45 minutes of party time, Gymtowne will supply your paper plates, cups, and napkins to your favorite theme (subject to availability):
