Broccoli Salad by Doris Strom
2 bunches broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 cup raisins 1 cup cashews, chopped 1 jar real bacon pieces
Place in a large bowl, toss well and chill.
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup sugar 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
Mix well and chill.
Just before serving, add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss well.
