Ice Pack Recipe


Used for Icing injuries

Combine: 2 one gallon size Zip-locİ freezer bags (one inside the other)

4 cups of water

1 2/3 cups of rubbing alcohol

2. Freeze until slushy

3. Wrap a damp towel between the skin and ice pack

4. Apply for five to eight minutes to the painful area

5. Refreeze after each use

6. Repeat as necessary
