Gymnastics for Teenagers and Adults

Are you a teenager who hates being put in a class with a bunch of younger children? Well, we have a class for you. This class is called Teen/Adult Gymnastics for Teens and Adults 12 years old and up. It is the perfect class for gymnasts working toward High School Gymnastics or Cheerleading.  It is also a great class for staying in shape with fun workouts.

This class is also geared toward those of you who are teens or adults and would like to try the wonderful sport of gymnastics again or for the first time.

This class is offered in San Bruno on Tuesdays from 7:30 PM  to 9:00 PM. The fee is $103.00 per month. At the Coastside location we offer Women's Teen/Adult Classes on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  The cost is $75.00 for 1 day a week per month.

We have Coed Group Gymnastics classes at Coastside on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM for at a monthly cost of $40.00 for one class per week.

On Tuesday we offer Trampoline Classes at our Coastside gym between 4:45 PM and 5:45 PM or 6:00PM  and 7:00 PM for $75.00 per month for 1 class a week.

The first trial class is offered at no charge!!!
